The holidays present a problem for many people trying to get rid of cellulite due to all the parties and extra social activities. 1) Cardiovascular Exercise: Cellulite is composed of fat. If you reduce the amount of body fat that you have then you will minimize the amount of cellulite that you have. Cardiovascular exercise is a great way to burn fat. Many people don't realize that small bouts of cardiovascular exercise will help you to burn fat. Three 10 minute bouts of exercise done through out the day will help you to burn fat. You must be exercising at an intensity that will have you breathless if you try to sing but with enough air to talk (this is the talk test for exercise).

2) Re-define Exercise: Cardiovascular exercise does not have to be done in a formal setting. You don't have to be on a treadmill or in an aerobics class to get your cardio in. How about coming home from work and putting your favorite holiday music on and dancing around your home for a fun fat burning workout? Try getting up while watching TV during a commercial break and do some leg kicks, jumping jacks and skipping in place. It all adds up to fat and cellulite burning efficiency.
